Ever since Johnson and Johnson discontinued their cotton rounds I have been searching for some of the same quality. I can't find any. I have tried all the major chains and some local ones, but everyone's rounds have the same problem: they disintegrate when you use them to apply a liquid to your face, so you must use two or more. This is the first Target product that has performed below par; usually their things are as good/better than popular national brands. I hope Target can improve this product either by adding some fiber like nylon to it, or making it thicker. Cotton has poor tensile strength, but somehow, Johnson and Johnson managed to make one that could survive applying astringent to the whole face. Wasting three on one application is a bit over the top, esp. Since Target charges more than Johnson did, when theirs were outstanding.
