We had booked a Studio Flat -125 sq ft 2 years back for approx 5 lacs payment with a Buy back option with Fashion Technology Park (FTP). According to this buy back option - Chandigarh Overseas Pvt. Ltd were supposed to pay us an amount of Rs. 7.5 lacs (Approx) along with interest for any delay in case they are unable to complete the project within the timelines of the project.
The timelines for possession was Feb'2010 which has long lapsed. Till date we have not received any money from this company against our Buy Back option which we opted.
The Key people of the organizations - Mr. Hardyal Singh Mann - Chairman, Mr. Gursharan Batra - Managing Director Greenfield Ventures Group, Mr. Sumesh Chawla - Managing Director Chandigarh Overseas Private Limited (A Greenfield Ventures Group, Mr. Jagjit Singh Kochar, CEO Fashion Technology Park and even their accountant Abhay abuses us using all bad words as if we are beggars.
We have been continously following up with Swamy, S Bhaskar and Abhay for our money but are treated like street dogs. These people shout and yell and we return to our homes feeling cheated and losing on our hard earned money to them. We met some other people who have been aggrieved by the same builders and were facing similar issues of non payment of their Buy Back option.
