Michael has a shop on the main street of Evershine City opposite to the Holy Family School and he has a team of people who are associated with him in cheating people.
I wanted to sale my flat in Evershine City and I asked Michael if he can get buyers for 20 lacs rupees. He said 20 lacs is difficult to sell due to crisis he can arrange buyer for 16.5 lacs rupees. Then he took about 2 months to conclude the deal. He gave me Rs. 50000 as advance and due to that I was unable to approach other agents in Vasai. I asked him several times about the buyers contact details and he said that the buyer is out of nation. One fine day when we met for the registration of the sale of flat with the buyer, I met the buyer at during the registration and I found out that Michael has sold my flat for Rs. 20 lacs to the buyer and the difference of Rs. 16.5 and Rs. 20 lacs is Rs. 3.5 lacs which Michael has kept as his margin. Since Michael has a team of thugs around him I was unable to confront him or go to the police.
