This is not a complaint... I am writing to thank all of you for reporting your experiences. I was shopping for a particular TV series when I came upon this list of complaints. I want to thank all of you for taking your time to help others! Without your efforts to report what these folks are doing, I would have been another victim. Thank you so much!
