On June 26, I took my wife's car for an oil change. I arrived at 5:15pm. They close at 6pm. There was one car completing service and another car going on the rack. That made me the second car in line. They take about 10 minutes to change oil, so I wasn't going to go past their closing time... Then nothing happened. I saw about 6 employees wandering around and doing nothing. At 5:45pm I asked what was going on and the manager said they were really backed up and would not be able to change my oil. He really didn't care and it was obvious no one else did either, because I explained that this was the third time since Memorial Day that they refused service to me. One time I was the first in line, but they had to mop the floors before they started servicing vehicles and I would have to wait an hour before I could get my oil changed... (can you imagine mopping the floor was more important than a paying customer)... The second time they told me they were closing early after I waited almost an hour for service. Well, third time is the charm... Or should I say three strikes and you are out! Econo Lube and Tune located on DeSoto and Devonshire in Chatsworth CA is a place to avoid! They don't know how to run a business and have no idea what the words "Customer Service" mean.
