I was going over my boyfriends bank statements, and i can see they been debiting $116.50 every month i really dont know for how long. I will check with his bank and find out for how long. He passed away a few days ago. (6/21)

As i was vertifing the amount of the withdraw for his policy, i came across this amount of $116.50 paid to united/drs ins prem. I didn't find no policy for this united/drs ins prem.
