I ordered, recieved and tried their trial product. I sent the unused bottle back 6/12 with a letter notifying my displeasure and my cancelation. Today they took out $99.98 for said "free trial" which is causing many problems with my bank account. Talking wiyh customer service today was absoutely worthless.
