I have had a debit deduction from my bank account by ask-zynga.com on the 1st June of $58.99 and another $1.00 deduction three days before this larger amount was taken. I have not agreed to any subscriptions, i have not purchased a product from this company and definately have not recieved any purchases from the company, how can i stop this happening again, im a mother of three small children and cannot afford something like this happening, i have not got this type of disposable income! Im going to report this to my bank as a scam, these kind of things are inappropriate and i am not happy, how can i claim back my money??
