I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance, I stated that we are 3 people and 2 luggages each plus a carry on each, to my surprise when I open the door, I see a regular sedan car that does not fit us, so I was told by the worst custumer service on earth, a rude person called Sammy, that he does not know anything about it and that this is the best he can do, in other words, he could not do anything. Wanted to charge me for two cars, which I denied to pay. How can you support local business when they do not provide the minimum necessary to run a business.
