I received The chip And contacted my service tech. I took our Lincoln to repair shop and gave him the instruction Sheet. He called me about an hour later and said he couldn't get a proper reading so rather than harm a 1200.00 processor he stopped. I had to pay him for his time which was 37.00. I was eec certified myself but due to health reasons I'm no longer able to perform manual labor. I read the instructions and to be real truthfull they didn't make a lot of sense to me either. I have returned the chip and I'm waiting for my refund. I feel That I should be reimbursed for the expense I suffered trying to get your product installed
