This meter maid is way out of cotrol and abusing her 'power', she patrols the 100 block of chestnut street in philadelphia and loves this area with out of town people who are confused by the signs

This city meter made harris, t badge 02-158 is a piece of work. She patrols the 100 block of chestnut st and knows this to be a target area for tourists. She uses profanity and language which is absurb. Chasing more and more people out of the city of phila. She actually gave a ticket to an independent plumber who was clearing a side curb drain which was overflowing. The plumber was standing next to his truck which she laughed and carried on. She walks around ticketing people while they are in thier cars. Now c'mon

She does not need to be on the streets.
