First Of All On May 3rd It Took Them 24 Hours To Put The Minutes On My Account (Said There Was An Error On There Part & I Should Use Up The 256 Minutes That Were Put on There It Took Me 35 Calls & Online Chats To Get Them To Listen To Me). Then All Was Well For A Month & A Half, Then That Fateful Day 06-21-12 11:12 In the morning make a call They Disconnected Me (What A Load Of Crap) Then The Next Thing i Know I Can't Receive Or Send Messages And I Can Neither Send Or Receive Voice Calls. No One Ever Answers The Phone And No-one Is Available For Web Chat. One Rep Told Me It'd Be 48 Hours Another Said 2-4 Hours. I Wish They'd Get There Stories Straight. Am Filing A Dispute With My Bank For Payment. They Were Great Now Got No Number, No Voicemail, No Way To Get Ahold Of Anyone (without my cell phone activated) Maybe This Company Should Get It's Act together And Treat Us Like Humans. Not Dollar Signs.
