Yesterday when i got out of class i went to the chipotle located in cincinnati ohio on fountain square place. I ordered two chicken bowls-i had asked for double chicken on both bowls but the guy that was fixing the bowls said maam i only have enough for one bowl. I said thats fine. I get up to the register. First of all the cashier didnt acknowledge me at all. I worked in customer service for 15 years so i know that regardless of what establisment you work in, you are still supposed to greet the customer.instead she was like-chips and drink. I said no. Then i told her - i have two bowls but only have double chicken on one.instead of her believing me, she didnt smile all she said was the price. So i paid for the food. I got the receipt. I didnt really pay attention to the receipt because i was trying to run and catch a bus. When i got home, i noticed she charged me twice for double meat even when i told her i only had one double meat in one bowl. I have never experienced bad customer service from that one particular restauraunt before up until that day. She was rude, she didnt acknowledge me and she still charged me extra. Something must be done. That was the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I should not have been charged twice for something i didnt get, i should have been greeted. What im trying to say is this cashier CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED! Not the whole restauraunt-just hers. Oh the chicken was burnt but thats ok compared to this cashier's customer service.
