This is regarding the rude customer service I had recieved when I had went to Tim Hortans this morning. Just like always I went into Tim Hortans and had got a cashier I had not seen before. I asked for a large double double with a sleeve, X large double double not filled up all the way as well as a X large triple triple. I did not recive a sleeve. My coffee was full as well as cold. It was not a very nice experiance and I find it always happens. Something always seems to be wrong when I go in there. The service was also very rude as she did not greet me as I walked in and also did not wish me a well day. I myself work in a customer service area and know that isn't how you should act when helping a customer. As well half way through Pat making my order she had stopped and helped someone else as I had already been waiting and was ready to just leave with my money. I think this is an ongoing issue that needs to fixed.
