Paid $535 for a non-functional saber, Possibly Broken

I ordered a TFUII STARKILLER lightsaber from Savatron Sabers and received it today. The saber does not work, and the recharge port is nowhere to be seen. I emailed him and he won't answer, even though my server lets me know he read it. It is very frustrating since I paid nearly $600 for something that is fairly cheap and crappy for the price.
