My wife was not able to bring the paper work home on the car she purchased. I thought this very odd. However when she took of the car a week later and they finally gave her the paper work I know immediately why. They left off one of the trades she traded in. When we confronted and told them the numbers did not add up they kept telling her to come back tomorrow, well we work for a living and this was getting old so I resorted to emails. But even though I sent them they never responded. They would talk on the phone, but they never had an answer. The facts are the facts they ripped my wife off and this is wrong. We have all the paper work and the numbers don't add up, even when we took the Buyers Contract to banks to find better financeing they told us the same thing we already knew. That they did not show one of the trades. Unbelievable.
