I ordered headbands ($103.81) for our big event to be held Feb 25th to go along with a facepainting booth. I received notice that they were not available but would be shortly. I was told they would be shipped. February 21 received notice the order was awaiting pickup. Never received it. February 28 I e-mailed to cancel the order and credit our credit card back the amount, as the event was now over and received this response - Do you mean you want to cancel the order? YES!!! I have e-mailed 3 more times to get our money back but no response to any of them. We still have not got our credit back! No way to contact them directly! It is now june 21 and no solution.
