I entered a link for information on a stay at home and work program which said it was free. It immediately asked for credit card then had more info asked you to set up web site. More $ needed... Then upgrade for faster access. More $. I called early monday said i filled out a ticket to request refund. Asked how long refunds take 1 day said rep Lois. I have called them every other day since including this am and I still dont have my refund. Chloe put me on hold for 34 minutes without comming back, so I hung up called back and was on hold for 15 minutes with out ever talking to someone. On fri I spoke to Lois and asked for a supervisor - she said she didnt have one - ask I continued to push for someone else - she said she was the only person in the building and hung up.
