I got a call saying my computer was at risk, that they worked for Microsoft and they could fix my Virus. They took over my PC and scanned it.

I found charges to my credit card from a foreign country after doing some searching found it was First Choice PC and reported the scam to my local police they informed me to change all my bank information and passwords also my PC address and user.
