Billingware, aka anti-virus blotted out my computer screen and left me what appeared to be no choice but to buy an anti-virus program, which I decided to do, against my better judgement. I was offered a choice of three options and chose the cheaper one.
The next day I checked my bank account to find I had been charged for all three options for a cost of $109.00. After a few says of searching I found some numbers and letters in the lower corner of the screen on one of the pages if their web site and determined they were phone numbers for different countries and called the one for the US (800 467 1077)
After about 15 minutes on hold and then being switched to another computer and on hold for several more minutes I was able to speak to a young man who promised to cancel my order and refund my money to my account. Some 3 days later the money (minus bank charges) has been replaced, so hang in there as there are numbers for France and the UK also. As a side note, my computer is again functioning properly. GOOD LUCK friends!!!
