I have been a client with Bell since 1999. I had a family plan with my husband untill four years ago. When we divorced i took on my own contract with them. It has been a battle every month with them, on the phone as like today almost two hrs. I give them my information eg. Email, home address, etc, every month. I never receive a bill. Via email however have gotten maybe 8 via canada post in four years. Today they promised me again that the info was definately in the computer, i said prove it. I got an email bill, however could not open it as when i tried to open it the response i got back was UNKNOWN email, not in our system. So once again i call, they say it is all cleared up i open the second email and the name on it is incorrect. I call two more times and get hung up on, why cuz im frustrated after dealing with this monthly for four years. Help
