They are being investigated and sued as they are commiting internet fraud. The cars received once you pay are full of rust and have major issues. Mine received June 19th had gas gussing out of the bottom gas tank 10 minutes after it was delivered.
I have witnesses and records as the fire dept and Sheriff were called due tothe large amount of gas on roadway. I also have pictures of all the other issues with the car that was suppose to be excellent condition.
This is the owners response.
"I never made your car lose gas. I did not sabotage your car. Do you think I am responsible for something I had no control over? The accident happened while you owned it. I did not own the car at the time of the problem If the truck driver caused the damage, collect from his insurance co or your own. My ins co will not cover because I was not the owner. I Will Not Buy Car back! So go spend lots of money with a lawyer, lots more than what it will cost to fix but ask what it will cost you and what is the real% of collecting. You grow up and take responsibly for what is yours Leave me alone I will not respond."
