Somehow my husband and I were signed up for games on our phones. We have no recollection of doing this and wouldn't have done so anyway. I called Verizon Wireless because their bill showed a charge of $9.99 per month on each of our lines. Verizon provided no help other than putting a block on our lines. I called Media Mobile in March, again in May, and today. My refund is still being "processed." Ha! Irene, the individual I spoke to in May and today, would not provide an address or a manager's name. The manager was not available and will call me back. She said it was company protocol not to give any information to users. I would like to file further complaints but don't know the process.
