Repossession Threatened Under 30 Days Behind, Third Party Called

Today I received a call that my car was going to repoed when I am not even 30 days behind... That's how nice this company is... They are all rude and worthless. Oh and to top it all off they called someone else instead of calling me personally... Nice huh? How do you stop a company from harassing you? And is this legal?
