I put a livingroom set from Rooms to Go on layway last month. My husband and i put down 500.00 at the time of the purchase. We then paid another 500.00 payment. After finding something alot cheaper i called the store to cancell the order. I was told that they had a no refund policy if the purchase was over 48 hours. The furniture is still on layaway so how is it considered a purchase? I looked on the better business bureau website and found out that they have over 800 complaints mostly due to not giving refunds. When i asked manager Scott to tell me where they policy was posted, he told me that it was on the purchase receipt. So that means i would have to purchase something and recieve a receipt in order to know what the policy is. This should be against the law... Never go to Rooms To Go...
