Purchased several accessories items less than a week ago including two mirrors. Decided that the mirrors did not work well in my house and wanted to exchange them for other - more expensive - merchandise. Only then did I notice that the receipt - which I received after completing the purchase, of course - stated "No exchanges, returns or refunds". At no time did the sales person mention that, nor did I notice any signs around the store to that effect. Spoke with the store manager who comfirmed the policy. Will NEVER do business with that company again.
