I saw the infomercial for whoknewbooks that give tips on how to save money by using household products for cleaning and remedies. I went on the website but it froze before I was able to complete the transaction. That was after I entered my personal information and credit card number. I called their phone number but couldn't find someone to talk to me so I hung up. They called back thrice before I decided to answer the phone. Silly me I purchased the book over the phone but I had to give the person my credit card number three times, which should have raise suspicion. One week later, the book did not arrive but I received in the mail two envelops containing my memberships to MyVacation Savers.com and YourBargainlink.com with a bunch of phony offers for members like myself. Monthly membership is $19.99 for one and $16.95 payable, after a 14-day free trial, with the credit card number I have submitted. I checked my credit card and I learned that they charged me $16.95 membership for A labor Union. After reading some of the complaints, I know that I wiil return the book without opening it. Thank you.
