I was interested in MarineD3 and ordered the one month supply. I placed order online instead of calling the number provided, and by the time I clicked submit, I realized that it was a monthly auto ship. When I went back to the order link, I realized there was no way to switch off the auto ship link. This is clearly fraudulent advertising. Having a paralegal degree, I made copies of everything I could find, including my invoice. I called the phone number and spoke with a rep who gave me a customer service number to call. I called Nugenics and the phone number didn't work. I called the number on the website back and was given another number. That one didn't work. I called back again, and was given another number. Well, surprising (sarcasim), that number didn't work either. I googled Nugenics, only to find out it is not a Better Business Bureau registered business, but the rating (based on complaints) was an "F". Well, what a surprise!?! I called my bank and tried to stop the payment, but it went through already. My bank put a stop payment on future orders. I also sent 2 emails to the email found online. Surprisingly (sarcasim), I have not heard anything. I will wait for the product (giving it two weeks). If I do not receive the product, I will be reporting Nugenics to the Attorney General's Office. I don't play... I go right to the top! If you have complaints against any company, especially when it pertains to fraudulent advertising or products not being sent, contact the Attorney Genral's Office where the company's corporate headquarters is. The more people contact the Attorney General's Office complaining about the unethical business practices, the better off we will be. I'm sure the product is great, but the company needs some serious restructuring. Best of luck to all of you, and keep us posted.
