This is a real scam by this company. I fell for their "free" trial offer and when I received it there was a packing list in the package indicating only a fee for shipping and handling. However, when I received my credit card invoice I was also charged $97.88. I called their customer service number and spent a half-hour on the phone with someone named Ashley, just trying to understand why I was being charged $97.88 for something I had not received. From what I could gather during our conversation, they apparently send you the full-month supply rather than a small free-trial amount and then they automatically charge you for a full months supply within the next ten business days. I advised Ashley that I would not pay for this additional amount and would file a dispute with my credit card company. At that point, she became very argumentative with me so I hung up. I received a call back from her within a few minutes, offering to reimburse me for 40% of the amount but I told her that I felt that was not acceptable and would go ahead and file the dispute. She told me that I would not win and would end up paying the full amount. At that point, I told her that I was 79 years old and and could not discuss it with her any longer.
