I ordered the AB King Pro, which is a piece of exercise equipment that they advertised on the internet. You are offered a 30 day free trial offer in which you pay $14.95 $19.99 shipping. After 30 days if you decide to keep it you are supposed to be billed $29.99 every month for 5 months.
Nowhere do they say you can go ahead and pay the full amount if you want to. When I recieved the AB King Pro I found I wasn't given a 30 day free trial offer and I was charged the full amount plus an extra $14.95.
When I called the company and told them, they wouldn't credit my credit card and then charge me the 5 payments like they were supposed to do in the first place. They wouldn't even let me talk to a supervisor. All three times I called to speak with a supervisor they told me she was not available or she was on another line.
I had to call them back several times to try to get them to credit my credit card for the over amount they charged me and I still haven't recieved a credit for that yet. The second time I called them they told me it was too late to issue me a credit on my credit card for the over amount that they charged me, it had only been 3 weeks since I recieved the item.
They even told me that it was probably a computer error & that's why I wasn't given a 30 day free trial and put on a payment plan. That's the only way they advertise it, is on a 30 day trial period with a payment plan, they don't advertise that you can pay the full amount anywhere!
They told me that I could send it back to them at my expense and reorder it and end up paying for shipping twice. Then I would risk them charging me the full amount and maybe more the 2nd time around.
