A few months ago, I was called by the "sales team" for this company. At the time I was simply looking for a quote. I told them that I did not yet have a property. This exchange occured between 9:30pm and midnight. Several phone calls later, three seperate sales people told me that I could take a year to pay for and take delivery on the product. When I questioned the dates on their "contract" I was told that they were "flexible dates", and as I was told by three seperate individuals, I believed that they were being truthful. When I told them that I wasn't comfortable with the dates on the contract, they informed me that they had already put the order through, and I could not back out. A few weeks ago I recieved a call from their "legal department." The individual was rude, called me derogatory names, and yelled at me to "shut up!" when I tried to speak to him. I was not raising my voice, I did not use foul language, I was simply trying to explain what I was told by their sales representatives. What he ultimately told me was that the sales reps can say anything that they want to in order to get the sale, the company doesn't have to honor anything that they tell me.
