On Apr 10th I was duped by a call to a agent named Colt about cheaper phone calls for my son in ArizonaState Prison. After giving him my credit card payment of $115.02 he gave me a phone # that my son call and it would transfer to my phone #, but I had to callSecurus and pay them another $31.95 to open the line at the Prison. After following his instructions I never did hear from my son using their phone number they assigned. After numerous calls to them and 5 E-Mails I did not get corrective action so I had to request a refund. Now they tell me that it has to be reviewed and after 5-7 weeks I may receive a refund. They are a definite scam agency and should be reported. I wish I knew who to report them. Please help.
