Set up account to call son in prison, in February. Was never able to use the plan, and had to ask for a refund. It is now August, and I have been fighting for my refund for six months! I call two or three times a month only to be told my refund has not been processed! There was no problem when they took the money from my account, and the sales pitch is refunds within sixty days, it is now six months later and I still have no refund! Help!!!
