I have been a loyal Club Pogo member for many years now and for the last several years, I seem to have had a lot of trouble renewing my annual membership at year-end. I am an annual subscriber as this appeared to offer the
best financial solution. I have so much difficulty however, trying to get onto the system around year-end that I really
wonder about your over-all commitment to
customers.
