My parents rec'd a letter with the letter heading of alliance ollingers partners stating that they were an affliate of the grocery store association.in the letter it informed my parents that they were the winners of $70,000 and in the letter was a $3,000 check. Along with the check was instructions to call thierry gilbert to recieve further instructions. He instructed them to fed ex. Him $1950 to off set the taxes for the $70,000 and once he recieved the money, that they would receive the remaining of the winnings. Needless to say they never received the winners once they fed ex the $1950, he called them to inform them that they needed to send $700 additional dollars in order to pay the sales taxes also.
