We purchased a watch 03-30-12 with a new Macy's credit card, on 04-05-12 we returned the merchandise and told a check would be sent in a few days. It is currently 06-15-12 and still no check, no information, call back and the only person I spoke to, Gary the store manager, told me he could not do anything and to have a nice day.
What do we do? As a consumer if we are late with a payment we incur late fee, increased interest, and reported to the credit agencies. Macy's credit will not refund our monies and we cannot get anyone to help us.
