The ad proposes a set for $14.99 7.95 P/H. But Between the process of placing the order and getting the receipt, a bunch of other items pops up forcing you to click on "No" each time, slowing down the order process. That started to seems suspicious to me!!!
When finally I got the receipt, I realized that there is an extra shipping. Also, the Instahang site does not allow you to review your order before paying. It sends you directly to your credit card number etc...; and Bam, when you realize they got you, it's too late. SCAM! Scam! Scam! Scam! Since was too late that day to call, I called customer service early morning next day to cancel my order and they reply that my order was not in the sistem yet, that I need to call in 24 hours. I called again and they reply, cinically: SORRY YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED IT IS IMPOSIBLE TO CANCEL!
Next day I received another call offering me 100 dlls in gas. Of course I am not interested in hearing anything about them. They don't stop scaming people!
Anyone can stop them? Where are the customer rights?
