I ordered a set of the Instahang... The rep kept wanting me to order more... Bla-bla. I said only one set for $14.99. After two weeks received the package today... Haven't opened the box but did pull over the mailing slip. I was outraged... My charge account had been charged for $30.89. I just got off the phone with a customer service rep... She was rude and hung up on me. I called again and talked to another rep... A little more congenial. Yes, the item was $14.99, but processing and handling was $15.90. This is a scam. I asked if I returned it, what would be the cost... Still cost
$15.90 for processing and handling, so I will just keep the thing...
But it is definitely the last time I will ever order anything from a TV ad. I could see $5 for shipping, but not $15.90. I am a senior on a limited income and this is definitely a scam.
