My bank card was stollen by a so-called friend, all my details were used to set up an account, if i wish to cancel i will be charges $28 which i dont have as i am a single mum. It is completely unfair that i am having to pay for some one fraudulently using my details! I speak to some one calles suzie and basically get the blame saying my card is my responsibility which is damn right rude!!!
