I bid on an item with this company and won it. They asked for my debit card details to take out £2.42. The screen blanked out all the details so I telephoned them about the "problem". The voice operator sounded like he was eating and watching TV and said I needed to put the details in again for them to go through as it had not worked, I confirmed with him that Ziinga then at that moment (24.12.11) did not have my details, he confirmed "yes" and once again started pushing me to put them in again. They sounded dodgy to met at this point so I asked for more info, but the operator informed me that they couldn't go into that without me re-entering the numbers as they have just informed me to do, so I did NOT reenter the numbers. NOW on 10th January they have debited my account for £59.99. I have phoned the bank, its going through on a dispute and the bank has assured me they will be fined. This does NOT mean I will get my money back. I have to wait for the dispute. Cancelling my card the bank have informed me would not cancel it. Closing my bank account would just mean that my bank will tail me for the money. There is no way out of these dirty scam artists. Advice anyone?
