A mechanics lein was scotch taped to our door, not given personally the way it
was supposed to. We were told we would not have to pay deductible of $500.00 or "ANY
OUT OR POCKET EXPENSES" This was also written on our contract, but since they could
not use this as a reason for bill, they said it was for " MATERIALS AND LABOR" I called
Hartford and requested summary of payments, and all that was left was deductible, which
our contract stated we did not have to pay. I would think twice before doing ANY
business with them!
