Apparently, Mr. Needham thinks the general public is stupid. Everyone knows that attorneys are not investigated in the State of Nevada. They get away with murder and considering that Mr. Needham is an arbitrator for the Nevada State Bar, obviously, if anyone did file a report on him it would not appear anywhere. Therefore, he thinks he is in the clear with a perfect record.
The State Bar of Nevada is a good ol boy club and take care of their own.
And most people don't bother filing a complaint as it generally goes nowhere.
So, Mr. Needham you still are screwing with clients and getting away with it, assuming that nothing will happen to you. Karma will get you sooner or later.
