We had insurance with progressive. Then cancelled and went to a different company. This collection agency calls and says we owe them money. I explain this situation that its double billing that progressive was cancelled. They proceed to say we owe them money. For the last year I have been trying to get this off the credit report. Progressive in the last month has worked very hard but this Credit Collections in Needham heights, ma won't even listen to progressive that we don't owe them money. This collection agency is still reporting us as owing money to progressive. I have been hung up on, and blow off so many times. Isn't this illegal?
