Garage door repair and replacement parts

This company asks you to place your order through their website and then mail a check or money order to pay for the items ordered.
I followed the online catalog and made out my order. I received a confirmation email shortly after my order was placed. I than mailed my check with a copy of the order on 09/08.

My check was cashed on 09/14. I made the assumption that it was standard practice for the company to wait 10 days after cashing the check to be sure the check was not returned.

I later sent a email asking for a ship date on 09/27. I have never heard from this company again.
