What they don't disclose is that their "investigation" is dependent on documents the "lenders" are willing to disclose. After 3 months of waiting, due to the lender being uncooperative, and paying a $950.00 non-refundable fee, we received a 9 page "report" containing information we already had. Their recommendation - there are grounds for unjust enrichment and we should retain an attorney. This we already knew. We could document the fraud ourselves - MFI couldn't. Their "report" was a waste of money and fell way short of their claims.
