Thousands of Nevada homeowners have been victimized by homeowner association (HOA) fraud schemes involving public corruption, whereby, HOAs fraudulently extort and foreclose on victims homes.in Nevada, HOAs are illegally, non-judicially foreclosing on homeowners in advance of the banks, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac. Nevada HOA foreclosure fraud not only affects homeowner victims, but also adversely impact the banks, federally-subsidized lenders (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA) and, ultimately, U.S. Taxpayers!
