My Colleagues and I, established international business and commodity traders, entered into what seemed like a very legitimate promising Fuel transaction with a very well known Russian Oil company, TNK-BP. What we didn't know was the elaborate website manipulation and duplicate signatures and impersonation of High Ranking Oil Officials, Anatoly Skoromets and Leonid Rosenburg. Both have been verified to be Director of Refinery in Ryazan region, and Export Director.

The website address is www.Ryazanoilref.Ru. We believed this to be the website of the well known TNKBP OIL Refinery in Russia. It turned out that it's not. We were ripped off 12,000.00.in what has been explained as KOMI TAX. Scammers took our money and now that they couldn't produce fuel won't return our money.

We are planning to contact INTERPOL after this as well.
