I hired on as Piping Foreman for Conex, Beaumont, TX to work in Alon Refinery in Big Spring, TX after their burnout. Worked nights under Danny Richard. Ther was no means to transport tools and employees other than using personal vehicle. All supervisors were using their personal vehicles. When I asked Danny Richard about getting paid for truck use, he said we would get paid $10 per day for our truck plus fuel.
After a month with no payment I asked if I needed to fill out some paperwork to get paid and Danny said no. He said he handled all that.
After another 2 weeks and no truck use payment I quit. Then I finally got paid for fuel tickets I had turned in.
To date I still haven't received the money promised for truck usage. When I call Big Spring or Beaumont I just get a runaround. At least one other Foreman also used his vichle and never got paid.
