I checked my online bank account on the morning of 7th June to find that this company had taken money from my it. I called the relevant number and was told I would get a refund once I'd returned the product. I tried explaining to the silly lady that I'd not ordered anything but she was determined to keep reading her script. I was getting quite fed up at this point and eventually put the receiver down whilst she was still reeling off her spiel. I cancelled my card with my bank and will now be extra careful how I use it in the future.
I find it incredible how this scam companies are able to operate in such a way!
