NTC Hosting - Nightmare! VPS Reverse DNS

Hi Guys,

Could you please be so kind to setup Reverse DNS for me.

At the moment IP: 213.229.112.6 resolve to nothing. Could you please reverse it to ns1. Mycompany.Co. Za

And please reverse IP: 91.186.20.76 to ns2. Mycompany.Co. Za

I will use the following tool to check the records.

They got one of these right in several days, the second IP 91.186.20.76 still resolve to nothing - http://remote. 12dt.com/index.php

Anyway it took us 17 ticket responses to get one correct - I just setup local reverse DNS for 2 of my own IP addresses in 10min calling my Data Center.

These guys must really educate themselves before offering hosting services or get senior staff/Sysadmins to do the job.

If they could not do the reverse for IP - 91.186.20.76 they should have told me so that we can order a new IP address but hay if you don't know what you doing i guess you basically go in circles...

We only ordered one IP as far as i can remember, but their staff did not even look at that, just show you how they do business.
